Sustainable Farming

We believe that sustainable farming practices are essential for the health of our planet and our customers. That's why we use natural fertilizers, crop rotation, and other sustainable practices to grow our produce.

Our Story

We are a small, first-generation farm that practices organic methods of agriculture. Andrea has a background in horticulture, agriculture, permaculture and animal husbandry. She ran a farm to table organic farm in Wisconsin. Chris comes from a long line of conventional farmers in Iowa. He has a masters degree in Engineering and keeps the farm running with all his insane Knowledge and is a substitute schoolteacher in his spare time.

We offer farm visits on Fridays between May-August from 10 am to 4 pm. Call for Appointments. This is a working organic farm so there are sometimes nasty smells, big bugs, lots of weeds, hot sun, very uneven ground, and many manners to get hurt. So please use good judgment when on the farm.
